With a career spanning multiple global HR leadership roles, Paul Whitney (Performant Group CEO) spent much of his time based in Silicon Valley where he worked closely with Founders/CEOs, executive teams and senior leaders in fast-growing organisations such as Databricks, Cohesity and Nimble Storage (acquired by HPE). He is adept at supporting organisational evolutions where leadership, people, and performance intersect under real pressure.

His experience at executive level gives him a deep understanding of the challenges all senior leaders face as they aim to build highly successful organisations, consistently delivering outstanding results while maintaining positive cultures.
